Recently, the 2025 DMP Greater Bay Area Industrial Expo concluded successfully in Shenzhen. Centered on “Smart Manufacturing and High-end Equipment”, the event gathered leading companies and industry experts in plastics machinery, automation, precision machining and more. As a leader in hydraulic transmission, FOST Hydraulics showcased its latest hydraulic system solutions, energy-saving technologies and intelligent products under the theme “Precision Control · Powering the Future”, becoming a highlight of the show floor.

During the exhibition, FOST unveiled the FPGH-series high-efficiency energy-saving hydraulic system solution, achieving a comprehensive replacement of comparable imported PGH products and drawing wide attention. Through innovative hydraulic circuit design and high-performance, high-precision core components, the system delivers a significant overall energy-saving rate of 20%–30% while maintaining stable and reliable operation, reaching performance benchmarks comparable to leading international brands and achieving dual breakthroughs in lower energy consumption and operating stability.

The high-response servo hydraulic system and the energy-saving hydraulic power unit on display also attracted many professional visitors. With millisecond-level precise response, low-noise operation (≤65 dB), and efficient energy-recovery technology, these products provide an integrated solution that combines “strong power” with “maximum energy savings” for injection molding and die-casting equipment. According to customer test feedback, “the dynamic response is comparable to imported high-end brands, while the total cost of ownership is clearly more competitive.”

Throughout the multi-day event, the FOST booth remained highly popular, welcoming hundreds of enterprise representatives from equipment manufacturing, automotive, plastics and new energy industries. The team engaged in in-depth technical exchanges and business discussions on hot topics such as energy-saving retrofits and domestic substitution of hydraulic systems. Live demonstrations clearly showed that injection molding machines equipped with the FPGH solution can reduce standby power consumption by about 40%, creating substantial room for operating cost reduction and vividly proving FOST’s capability in promoting greener and more efficient industrial development.

At this exhibition, FOST not only showcased its latest achievements in high-end hydraulic components and system integration, but also demonstrated its firm commitment to supporting China’s smart manufacturing upgrade and enhancing global customer competitiveness through innovation. Looking ahead, FOST will continue to deepen R&D efforts and provide smarter, more efficient and more reliable hydraulic transmission solutions for the global industrial sector, working with partners to drive the future of the industry together.
